Statement of work establishes the formalized guidelines for a given project. It helps to record the project details. Sellers have the responsibility to produce the statement of work. It eventually becomes a sales contract or service contract. A statement of a contract is given before the work begins and it also confirms the quoted price mentioned in the customer's order form.
