Introduction
A roofing contract is a legal agreement between the contractor and client which contains the terms and conditions that help both parties in the future conditions of the work that needs to be performed. So Roofing contract gives protection from lawsuits and other problems between the parties.
What is a Roofing Contract?
A roofing contract is a legally binding agreement containing the terms and conditions of a contract between a roofing contractor and a building owner.
The roofing contract prepares before entering any work or construction, and both parties sign it with consent. The agreement is always in writing to reference and protect the parties from any disputes arising between parties.
